The overall condition of this boat seems to be good. The deck was very clean, neat and orderly. The teak wood was recently sanded and refinished (topside). The rigging appeared to be in good shape. Below deck, was much the same.
The hull is cleaned once a month. The owner indicated the boat is due for a bottom job. He has already purchased the paint and will include it in the sale, if not applied beforehand.
As for aesthetic appeal, the next owner might want to consider painting the side of the hull. The burgundy stripe near the deck has faded. Also, the teak railing that lines either side of the hull needs to be sanded and refinished. However, the owner has it on his list to do.
I did not see the condition of the sails; however, the owner indicated they are functional but might need some TLC.
